On week 10 and sailing pain free!

Hello Tammy, Susan, Julie, and of course, Dr. Leone and anyone at the office I may have missed.
I am underway in the Bahamas with my good friend Ron. From Georgetown, Exuma heading to Spanish Wells, Eleuthera. Going to haul out and bottom paint SV Red Beans there and head back to Exuma.

My First sail since new hip. All’s well and better each day. Will see you in a couple months.

I thank you all so much. It’s a new me!
