Back to biking, lifting weights, Pilates, Yoga and Swimming after Total Knee Replacement

Dr. Leone,
I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to you and your team on a job well done. I have lived with extreme pain in my right knee for the past 25 years and could not imagine being pain free. It’s been 6 weeks since my knee replacement surgery and I have resumed my normal level of activities I engaged in prior but without pain, which included: biking for 30 minutes a day, walking couple miles each day, boxing, liftings weights, Pilates, yoga, and swimming.
I look forward to getting stronger, faster and building my stamina up again over the next few months and just enjoying a pain free life.
