I was up and walking to physical therapy the same afternoon as my knee surgery.

After suffering a torn ACL in 1997 my knee became progressively worse.  I had spent years doing injections since my knee was bone to bone.  In order to keep up with my cycling, gym, and miles of walking, I knew I had to speak to a doctor regarding a knee replacement.

After meeting Dr. Leone I immediately felt at ease.  He took the time to understand my case and spent over an hour with me discussing the surgery, post op, and what I could expect after.

I had my right knee replaced on December 20, 2017.  I was up and walking to physical therapy the same afternoon.  I knew I had made the right decision.  Today is January 31, 2018 and I feel amazing.  I am riding my stationary bike, going to the gym several times a week, and walking pain free.  I followed all the instructions given to me by Dr. Leone and his amazing team to the T.  I ice my knee constantly with the circulation knee cooler and have been doing all the physical therapy as prescribed.  My progress has been better than I could have ever expected.

I hope my experience can be encouraging to someone else out there.  It is a scary thing by in the hands of Dr. Leone and his team, it was an amazing experience.  The care that I received went above and beyond and I am extremely happy with my results!
