Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such spectacular care of me in the performance of my recent double hip replacement surgery. You are the most talented and skilled orthopedist and I could not have asked for anything more than the brilliant medical service and remarkable bed side manner that you provided to me. Because of you, my life is so much better and there are not enough words to express my forever gratitude.

As a surgeon, you demonstrated extraordinary skill and concern, every step of the way, from my initial consultation, into my surgery and hospital stay, all the way through my post-operative check – ups. Additionally, your wonderful staff is simply the best. A very special “thank you” is extended to two particularly special people, Susan Simonton and Tamara Hudak, both of whom are dynamite! Your entire staff is patient, knowledgeable and friendly; however, Susan and Tamara, have always gone the extra mile and have made the entire surgical experience that much more pleasant for me.

My entire family is forever grateful for the new life you have given me and by extension, all of them as well. Your ability to perform the surgery at such a high level, causing me zero side effects and an incredibly quick and painless recovery is a testament to your expertise as a remarkable doctor. At 39 years old, every time I run outside playing with my young children, ride a bicycle for exercise, or walk across my office to greet someone, I will think of you and your magic touch. You have helped me in more ways than you can imagine, because I was previously unable to do such simple tasks without being in excruciating pain.
