Dear Dr. Leone,

I have attached a photo of myself and my son Ty from a golf tournament this past week at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio. It was an exciting time, not only did Ty and his team win but I walked all 36 holes on Monday, 6 weeks to the day after my hip replacement surgery.

I had resigned myself to the fact that I may never be able to play the game that had been such a big part of my life. I am now looking forward to getting back to be a participant and having many years with my boys on the course.

Thank you so much for everything you and your staff has done for me.
